Successful Ladies Lunch 2024 Event with Special Guest

Rutland Water Golf Club was host to the Vale of Catmos lodge members together with their ladies and guests to celebrate their annual Ladies Lunch 2024. A special and warm welcome to our VIP guest for the afternoon, Dr Sarah Furness, Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland.

Dr Sarah Furness, delivered a gracious speech to the room thanking the Rutland Freemasons for their donations towards recent landmark statue of QEII in Oakham as well as various other significant charities.

We are very proud to welcome, Sarah, to our annual event together with the large ranging number of guests who joined us on such a bright and hot summer's afternoon. £300 was raised additionally for charity on the day via our raffle as well as many members being entertained with a Magician completing many wonderful tricks to keep the room entertained.

A fantastic day was had by all, with food and drinks a plenty. Our Worshipful Master, Ian Scantlebury and his wife, June, pictured here below, were both most proud of such a great turnout.
